Hands down my favorite fish to catch. It is very powerful and posses the ability to bring the best tackle to the test when it comes to the gastronomic this fish is perfect sweet, flaky meat perfect for grilling, baking or frying.

Definitely the crown jewel of the inshore estuaries. a favorite for his unique flavor, texture and consistency.
